We recently had the pleasure of developing a client portal web application for RDS Consultants, a reputable UK Compliance and Business Management Consulting company.

They specialise in providing business loans, grants, funding, and more to their clients. Our goal was to create a seamless, user-friendly portal that would not only improve the management of RDS Consultants’ services but also enhance the overall experience for their clients.

In line with RDS Consultants’ branding, we used a navy blue colour scheme throughout the portal. We seamlessly integrated the portal with their main website, ensuring a consistent and cohesive online presence.

To simplify the account setup process, we developed custom user login and signup features. We also implemented ‘smart’ automated contact forms that pre-populate with the logged-in user’s name, email, and information, making it quick and easy for clients to get in touch with RDS Consultants.

Our team created a document upload system for RDS staff to publish essential documents for their clients conveniently. Additionally, we set up automated notifications to keep users informed about changes to their accounts, such as the addition of new packages or features.

To facilitate smooth management for RDS Consultants, we developed an easy-to-use backend system. This system allows their staff to set up and manage new accounts effortlessly. By integrating with third-party database software, we streamlined the account creation process for RDS Consultants.

Finally, the client portal we developed for RDS Consultants includes the ability for their staff to provide notes to clients, ensuring clear communication and efficient management. We also added a feature that enables RDS Consultants to submit documents to clients securely and efficiently.
