Luke's YouTube

Gaining over 500,000 subscribers on YouTube

How Luke Jeffrey, our director, rose to fame on YouTube with two silver 100,000 subscriber trophies. Read more about this project below.

Project Background

What was it that Luke achieved on YouTube?

Before becoming a director at CreateTheWeb, Luke Jeffrey built a huge following as a YouTube content creator. He grew his channel to over 400,000 subscribers and picked up the Silver Play Button along the way for hitting 100,000.

Luke really got to grips with how YouTube works, using smart strategies to create videos that went viral and reached millions of people. His content connected with viewers around the world, not just because of the numbers, but because he knew how to keep it real.

He built a loyal audience from the ground up and created a style that felt genuine – and that’s what made him stand out in the online space.

YouTube was a dream

Putting heart and soul into every video.

Both of our directors, Otis Wilkinson and Luke Jeffrey, saw YouTube as the dream job from a young age. But with how crowded the space had become, it felt out of reach, more of a dream than something that could actually happen.

That didn’t put them off. Luke ended up getting his big break in 2016/2017, building a huge following and racking up millions of views in a short space of time.

Brand Deals and promotions

Working with brands such as Nickelodeon and more.

Luke was recognised by many brands all over the world. They saw his YouTube channel as a platform to drive sales and build awareness.

One of the most notable brands Luke worked with was the media company often seen on UK TV, Nickelodeon. They agreed on a contract with Luke to promote certain elements of the company. The campaign was a huge success.

The conclusion

The results Luke had built up over the years.

Between 2014 and 2018, Luke’s channel saw incredible growth. In just a few years, he built up over 28 million views and 69 million minutes of watch time.

His content generated real engagement, with over 1.6 million comments and nearly 800,000 likes across his videos. He built a loyal audience of more than 435,000 subscribers, and his efforts brought in an estimated revenue of $29,679.60.

These numbers reflect the scale of his impact and show just how far a passion project can go when it connects with the right audience.
