Legal Web Design

Before this project, we had already been working with LR Legal on managing their LinkedIn page. The website project came about as they were coming to the end of their contract with their existing web provider and wanted something fresh.

Their old website was difficult to navigate, which hurt visitor engagement, and the content management system was very limited. Posting new jobs was clunky and time-consuming, making it far from practical.

We built a custom CMS within WordPress, designed specifically for LR Legal’s recruitment process. There were multiple moving parts that needed to work together for job adverts to function properly.

For example, job posts needed to be created and then assigned to a team member managing the role. From there, the post had to automatically appear on the correct category pages, as well as under the relevant team member’s profile.

Another key detail was enquiries. Instead of all job applications going to a generic inbox, the system ensured that each application went directly to the team member responsible for that specific job.

Below you can see how the project turned out. Like many of our partnerships, this started with a single service and naturally expanded into others as we continued to deliver a high level of service and support.
