When we started working with Audience HiFi in 2018, their social media presence was limited to a low-engagement Facebook page. They had no Instagram account and were struggling to keep up with content. Our job was to take this off their hands and build a consistent and effective social media presence for their business.

We identified Instagram as the platform with the most potential for Audience HiFi. Their products are high quality and visually appealing, which fits well with how people browse and engage on Instagram. Starting with zero followers, we built a plan to grow an audience around their brand.

Otis (our director) visited their store regularly to take professional product photos using a DSLR camera. We handled the entire content process, including images and captions.

This helped us create a feed that felt clean, consistent and clearly showcased their products and offers.

The Instagram account grew from nothing to over 10,000 engaged followers. This channel has since become a key driver of website traffic, helping to attract more visitors and improve visibility.

We still manage their social media content to this day. Our team continues to explore ways to improve performance and make sure the quality of posts stays high. Our work with Audience HiFi shows that even without a starting audience, steady content can build a strong and lasting presence.
