We’ve worked with a number of recruitment agencies (see all projects here), and one thing we’ve learned is that marketing plays a big part in success. Recruitment agencies need to target both companies and candidates, which means a strong online presence is a must.
LR Legal approached us as they wanted to focus more on LinkedIn. Because they work in the legal sector, LinkedIn was the best place to build their organic social platform.
LinkedIn recently added a feature designed for recruitment agencies. These are called “What we do” pages. LR Legal can use these to promote both client and candidate services.
We built these pages with custom videos, graphics and content to keep them engaging. The goal was to make each page feel unique and professional.
We work closely with LR Legal to build a full content calendar each month. We send them a custom calendar and create all of the content and graphics. They then share any feedback, and we make updates as needed.
The content varies between job listings, posts about world events and day-to-day updates. For recruitment agencies, the mix is important. Too much client or candidate content can come across as sales-heavy. We help them keep the right balance.
We now publish content almost every day for LR Legal.
We also publish content about what’s going on in the LR Legal office. This includes everything from team meals to industry events and staff nights out.
This type of content helps LR Legal show the people behind the business. It builds trust and gives their audience a break from constant sales-driven messaging.
LR Legal now has over 20,000 followers on LinkedIn. The platform has become one of their main sources of traffic and leads. Their “What we do” pages and bespoke content have given their social presence a clear direction and purpose.
It has also made things easier internally. They no longer need to manage social media themselves, freeing up time and removing the need for an in-house hire.
We also rebuilt their website recently, as the old one had become dated. Like many of our clients, we started with one service and became the digital team they now rely on.
