Versa Studios is a film and TV studio business with locations in London, Manchester and Leeds. For all the strength of the physical operation, online they were almost invisible: before we got involved, the site was picking up only around 40 impressions a day on Google.

They wanted to change that, climbing the rankings for the terms that matter and turning search into a real source of organic traffic.

Focused, On-Site SEO

We ran a targeted on-site SEO campaign, starting with a full technical audit, then keyword research to pin down the right terms, and thorough on-page optimisation across meta tags, headings, image alt tags and URL structure.

Off-site link building was deliberately left out of scope for budget and time reasons, which made getting the on-site work exactly right all the more important. So that is where we focused every bit of effort.

The Results

The impact was dramatic. Daily impressions climbed from around 40 to upwards of 1,000, a 700% increase in online exposure, with top-ranking positions for targeted terms including "TV studio Manchester" and a major rise in organic website traffic.
