A Portal to Run the Whole Relationship

RDS Consultants is a respected UK compliance and business management consultancy, helping clients access business loans, grants and funding. They wanted a single, seamless place to manage their services and give their clients a far smoother experience: a bespoke client portal, built around exactly how they work.

Built Around Clients and Staff

We designed and built the portal on Webflow, tailored from the ground up to RDS's processes and finished in their navy blue branding. For clients, it offers secure logins and sign-up, automated contact forms that pre-populate their details, and the ability to submit and access documents securely.

Behind the scenes, staff have their own management system to set up client accounts, publish documents and materials, leave internal notes against each client, and trigger automated account notifications. We integrated it with their third-party database software and tied it neatly into their main website.

One Secure Place for Everything

The result is a genuine self-service hub. Clients can log in whenever they need to, day or night, while the RDS team runs everything from a single, organised backend. The manual back-and-forth that used to surround documents and updates is now handled cleanly in one place.
