Little Helium Heads is a bespoke balloon company in Bristol, creating custom balloon arrangements for events of every kind. Like a lot of small, fast-growing businesses, they ran almost everything through Facebook: advertising, pricing and talking to customers all happened in one place.
It worked at first, but it did not scale. Answering the same pricing questions over and over was time-consuming, and Facebook alone could not present the business the way it deserved. They needed a professional platform of their own.

We designed and built a custom, catalogue-style website that shows off their arrangements properly, with an integrated pricing system built in. Customers can now browse the full range and see what things cost at a glance, instead of waiting on a reply to a message.
The pricing sits right alongside the products, so the site does the explaining, and the selling, on its own.
